Consultation Fees: Once a consultation is scheduled and the payment is made, no refunds will be issued, as the service is provided based on specific personal details.
Completed Reports: Once the consultation report has been sent or delivered, no refunds will be issued.

4. Payment Method and Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used. If you paid via bank transfer, a direct refund to your bank account will be processed. For payments made through other platforms, refunds will be processed accordingly.

The request is made for a service that has been used or completed (e.g., received a report or had a consultation).
